The North Face®
Founded in 1966 by hiking enthusiasts Douglas Tompkins and Susie Buell, The North Face® started as a small ski and backpacking retail shop in the North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco, but has since grown into one of the leading purveyors of outdoors apparel in the world.
